Allison Milgard's art is inspired by her lifelong love of animals and nature. Growing up surrounded by creatures she saw as unique individuals, she began creating whimsical characters and vibrant landscapes that invite viewers into a world of magic and wonder. Her time on a ranch in Santa Ynez, California, deepened her passion for storytelling through illustration.

Brian's journey to Milgarden was inspired by fatherhood and the joy of creating stories that spark laughter and connection. A screenwriter known for blending humor with heart, he crafts tales that resonate with both children and adults - like Ramon the Tap Dancing Goat. Together with Allison, Brian is building Milgarden as a world where creativity, kindness, and belonging flourish.
